Once you place your custom order or inquiry, you will receive a price offer that you will need to approve. Upon receipt of your approval, a sketch will be sent for your acceptance prior to sending to production.
Please note; a down payment of 50% of the total price offer will need to be paid before providing you with a sketch.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of your order.
If you live in Jordan, you can pick it up from our office.
For international orders, shipping will be via FedEx for a fee of JD 35 for Silver jewelry and JD 55 for Gold jewelry under $1000 and 0.5 KG.
It takes up to 3 days for international deliveries, according to the country location.
*VAT is NOT included in the shipping and therefore the responsibility of its payment will be handled by the person placing the order.
SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment is accepted in cash only for orders placed in Jordan.
Payments for international orders may be made by either money transfer (Western Union or Money Gram), or by bank transfer directly to our bank account.
All payments should be converted to Jordanian Dinars.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
There are no refunds; returns can be made in cases of a fault in the order which will be immediately and happily fixed.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Always store your pieces separately.
Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfumes, hairsprays, body creams and deodorants while wearing your jewelry.
Remove your gold plated jewelry before swimming, bathing or using abrasive cleaners.
